Spring Evening Walk

Every season has its own magic under the trees of the now green and chirping Great Forest, and to celebrate this, we are holding our first ever Evening Walk on 10 May, the day of the birds and trees.

An exclusive guided walk with new features for returning guests will take you behind the scenes of our park, where zoo educators and animal keepers will show you the animals' spring and evening life, as well as their love and nesting habits. You'll also get a first-hand look at exotic feathered creatures moving into their outer flight paths after their winter resting places, the latest additions to our colourful parrot collection, and reptiles and birds that have started families this year. You'll find out which of our oldest and still intimate couples is the one that's choosing a mate, what criteria the Papuan penguins use to choose their mate, and which species and how their keepers are preparing for the upcoming nuptials. The exclusive all-night programme will include refreshments and snacks on the Samburu panoramic terrace.

You can enjoy a unique experience of about three hours on 10 May, from 19:30. A limited number of tickets are available: 30 tickets can be purchased online in advance for 6800 HUF, and 10 more tickets are available at the venue for 7800 HUF each.
