We have always been passionate about the culture of sauna and you can see that we put our heart and soul into our sessions, always adding a touch of excitement to our programmes.
We do this so that you, who visit us, get what you are looking for: relaxation, recharging, total refreshment.

Programs:
4:30 PM Women's Yoga-Dorottya Csala
With yoga, we strengthen the unity of the body, soul, and mind. During this session, we will tune in to our spiritual journey and release the tensions of the day, so that we can fully focus on ourselves afterward.
Location: Sauna World relaxation area.
6:00 PM - Relaxation sauna session with smoke ritual and peeling - Kata Szathmári
We bring you a 15-minute classic sauna program with relaxing music, combined with a smoke ritual, followed by a herbal body scrub and skincare treatment using natural ingredients in the steam room.
Location: Master Sauna and Steam Room
6:40 PM - Banja ceremony with birch, oak, and eucalyptus branches - Tímea Kovács
In Northern cultures, sauna bathing has a centuries-old tradition, particularly in the form of "pirts" or "banja" ceremonies. During this ceremony, our sauna masters conduct the ritual using bundles of birch, oak, or other herbal branches, which stimulate multiple senses at once. A true gem in sauna culture, this ritual also contributes to our spiritual purification.

7:30 PM - Sound bowl meditation in the sauna - Bernadett Papp
The Tibetan Singing Bowl Therapy is an ancient method that uses the power of sound vibrations to heal the body and mind. As the closing event of the Spiritual Day, this program aims to awaken our inner harmony, leaving us in a perfectly relaxed and recharged state.
Location: Master Sauna
Participation fee: Basic fee + 900 HUF/program/person
