The Aquaticum Debrecen Ltd. operates on two sites, the thermal hotel, spa and adventure bath, beach bath complex in the Nagyerdei and the restaurant, hotel and event centre complex in the city centre. The former is owned and maintained by the company, the latter is not owned but operated by the company. The two sites are hereinafter distinguished by the names Aquaticum and Lycium. In 2023, especially in the first half of the year, increased savings due to high energy prices prevailed.

We would like to inform you that the company name of Debrecen Spa Ltd. will change and as of 1 January 2021 our company will continue its activities under the name Aquaticum Debrecen Limited Liability Company!

Since the establishment of the Company, the scope of our activities and the services offered by our units have significantly expanded. We offer our bathing, accommodation, catering and conference tourism services - in addition to Hotel Lycium**** - to our partners under the brand name "AQUATICUM", which was built up by our Company and is known and recognized nationally and internationally. We consider that the next milestone in the conscious branding and the development of a unified image is the change of the company name.

Given that there will be no changes to the other company details of our Company, there is no need to amend our existing contracts, and the obligations undertaken therein will remain unchanged.

Please note, however, that from 1 January 2021, we will only be able to accept invoices, accounting documents and official documents issued under our new company name, and that you should take the change of company name into account when settling invoices issued by our Company to you:
